What We Do

Health Systems Management was borne out of the passion that the founders have for health technologies and tools. The HSM team have strong technical backgrounds, with a wealth of experience in the health sector. Leveraging this allows HSM to assist health sectors around the world to utilise the power of technology at all levels of operation and governance.

  • Pharmaceutical Stock Management

    We have vast experience working on pharmaceutical stock management systems at facility levels. Our strengths include system development, implementation, training and ongoing support.

  • Central Order Processing

    We have established applications that assist with central procurement of orders. These applications are able to split an order into its indivual suppliers and track the progress thereof.

  • Central Reporting

    We have been able to establish central reporting and dashboard mechanisms, that are automatically populated with data from facility at predetemined frequencies. These interventions include manual processes should network links be interrupted.

  • Data Updates

    We have established mechanisms to seamlessly update data from a central point to facilities.

Sifiso has 15 years of experience, within the health sector. Sifiso started as a Training Officer of computer systems and moving onto senior software development position at his previous company Management Sciences for Health.

Comfort has many years of experience with a variety of skills. Most of his recent years have seen him focus these skills in the health sector specialising in eHealth.

Merlin has strong IT and business backgrounds with more than 8 years of experience focused in the health sector. Merlin has managed 2 national e-health system implementations, and consulted for some of the largest companies in South Africa on IT governance, security, project management and disaster recovery planning.
